Use Vinegar To Kill Weeds Naturally And Tell Monsanto And Its Roundup To Go “F” Themselves
June 27, 2012 in Animal Rights, EPA, FDA, Human Rights, Monsanto, Natural Weed Killer, Vinegar
RoundUp is used to kill weeds, grass, poison ivy and tree stumps for the general public and used as a bi-active herbicide for commercial farming. Glyphosate (Roundup) is one of the most toxic herbicides, and is the third most commonly reported cause of pesticide related illness among agricultural workers. Products containing glyphosate also contain other compounds, which can be toxic.
DANGERS: toxic to earthworms, beneficial insects, birds and mammals and destroys the vegetation on which they depend for food and shelter, learning disabilities and behavior problems in children, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, nerve, and respiratory damage, reproductive damage as well as damage to the kidney and liver, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, shall I go on? And yet the EPA and FDA idly stand by and watch us rot away…
But HEY! Don’t worry people… Instead of pulling RoundUp off the market they simply genetically modified the crops to withstand RoundUp. How AWESOME is that!

How To Apply Vinegar For Natural Weed Control
The best way to apply vinegar for weed control is with a spray bottle or pump sprayer and are very effective when eliminate large areas of weeds on walkways, driveways or other areas. Using vinegar to kill weeds naturally is best done on a sunny, windless day to prevent it from blowing onto other plants. Sunlight is needed to activate the vinegar and the killing process. If you must be selective and kill individual weeds among other plants and flowers, spread the vinegar with a clean paintbrush while steering clear of wanted foliage. Leaves and stems should be soaked. Allow it to dry and wait for a day or two to see full results. You may have to reapply more vinegar periodically. Any type of vinegar will work to kill weeds and white vinegar is the least expensive.
I plan on doing this from now on. It is way cheaper than other stuff that kills everything. Plus, it is non-toxic.
I think this is a fantastic idea and will try it as weeds are a problem sometimes , and also if this news can spread we can put another nail in the coffin of Monsanto .
Thanx a million for stopping by MeasureYourGarbage and I hope you spread the word about what’s going on here at MYG. Your comment is spot on my friend! In 2001 Monsanto profits cleared 2 billion dollars. Within a few year period their profits were cut in half just through exposing them to the general public. Yes I know one billion is still a lot but what if we as a community can cut it in half 2 more times? They’d be done!! Also watch out for a company called Pharmacia. Monsanto sold a good amount of its chemical biz to them… please come back again and tell your friends! it’s time to take action my friend…
